Eve’s Oasis

Eve’s Oasis is a visionary mixed-use destination in north Riyadh, designed to support women’s wellness, lifestyle, and community. Spanning approximately 12,000 sqm, the complex is organized around a central open-air plaza, with dedicated zones for hospitality, health and wellness, fitness, offices, dining, and leisure. Inspired by the dramatic formations of the Edge of the World, the architecture features layered curved masses, elevated bridges, and a continuous horizontal wrapper that provides shading and a strong visual identity. Earth-toned materials, passive cooling strategies, and landscaped spaces create a refined, climate-responsive environment rooted in Najdi character.
