This project comprises two nine-storey office buildings conceived through the principles of Salmani Architecture, combining Najdi identity with a contemporary workplace vision. Twisted and shifted volumes create a dynamic composition shaped by orientation, views, circulation, and solar exposure. Integrated gardens and elevated green terraces soften the massing while improving daylight, thermal comfort, air quality, and user wellbeing. Internally, the shifted geometry helps organize flexible office zones and creates richer spatial relationships between workspaces and shared areas. Through its balance of sculptural form, landscape, environmental performance, and cultural continuity, the development presents a distinctive contemporary interpretation of Salmani architecture.
