Alrossais Tower

Alrossais Tower is a 30-storey landmark in Riyadh, spanning 64,000 sqm and reinterpreting Salmani architecture through a bold contemporary form. Inspired by the Tuwaiq rock formations, the tower is composed of five stepped and shifted blocks that create a distinctive sculptural silhouette. Vertical louvers reinforce its monolithic character while improving solar shading and environmental performance. Elevated gardens introduce greenery throughout the building, enhancing comfort and connection to nature. At ground level, a welcoming public plaza creates a strong urban gateway. The tower reflects Riyadh’s evolving identity, combining heritage, functionality, sustainability, and architectural presence within a refined modern landmark.
