Dar Alarkan Headquarters is a 21,000 m² landmark office development beside Wadi Hanifa in Riyadh, designed to combine corporate identity, environmental performance, and contextual sensitivity. Two interconnected horizontal volumes respond to the open landscape while supporting flexible modern workplaces. A double-skin façade with horizontal aluminium louvers reduces solar gain, controls glare, and improves daylight penetration.
