Taqeem Headquarters

Taqeem Headquarters is a 22,500 sqm institutional development in Riyadh, designed around a refined balance between solidity, transparency, and landscape. Strong opaque façades provide privacy, security, and a grounded architectural presence, while carefully positioned glazed openings frame views toward integrated gardens and courtyards. Green spaces are distributed across multiple levels, creating semi-private outdoor retreats that enhance daylight, wellbeing, and visual connectivity. The contrast between solid envelopes and transparent glazing establishes a dynamic spatial identity that balances protection with openness. Through its integration of natural light, greenery, and contemporary materials, the project creates a sustainable and people-focused workplace environment.
