Located overlooking Abhur Creek in Jeddah, this 72,000 sqm hospitality development combines a luxury hotel, serviced apartments, dining, events, business, and wellness facilities within a distinctive coastal setting. The project is organized as a three-storey podium supporting two nine-storey towers, shaped by a 48-meter height restriction. Generous landscaped terraces wrap each level, providing shading, greenery, and panoramic views toward the Red Sea. The towers are carefully oriented to maximize sea views while responding to solar exposure and prevailing winds.
