The Saudi Council of Engineers Headquarters in Riyadh is conceived as a contemporary institutional landmark that integrates computational design with environmental performance. A sophisticated double-skin façade of triangulated metal panels forms the project’s architectural identity, with each panel parametrically adjusted in density, scale, and angle according to solar orientation. This responsive envelope reduces heat gain and glare while allowing controlled daylight into the interior spaces. The geometric pattern creates a dynamic play of light and shadow, expressing precision, innovation, and engineering excellence. By combining parametric technology, climatic responsiveness, and symbolic architectural form, the project establishes a forward-looking model for sustainable institutional design in Saudi Arabia.
