The Edge

Located along Olaya Highway in northern Riyadh, this commercial development comprises two unified office towers on a 5,250 sqm site, with a total built-up area of approximately 30,000 sqm. The towers are connected by elevated bridges and feature six alternating double-height sky gardens that enhance daylight, ventilation, and workplace wellbeing. Office spaces are oriented toward the main façade, while service cores are positioned to the rear for greater efficiency. A perforated metal skin wraps the pure cubic volumes, providing solar shading and reducing heat gain. The project combines environmental performance, spatial clarity, and contemporary workplace design.
